Wepa BBQ

Wepa BBQ is an amalgamation of flavors from the Caribbean and good ole Southern BBQ! Using Flava as a platform, this rub also brings in the sweetness of maple sugar and molasses powder, the earthiness of allspice, the slight acidity from espresso ground coffee, and the pungent, slight heat from aji panca and smoked serrano peppers. Once you taste your smoked or grilled creations you’ll be saying “WEPA Y’all”.
